A chuck roast is cut from the shoulder area of the cow. This type of meat is often called a chuck shoulder pot roast. HMG cooks the traditional beef pot roast, with root vegetables and Au Jus (Gravy). Serves between 5-7 guests. Great for Holiday dinners, Friday night dinners, or just for meat lovers 🙂
