Home Made Gourmet’s Red wine braised chicken with couscous. Yum Yum YUM!!! This was very similar to a Coq au Vin, in that it had that deep, rich, red-wine taste to it, but the dried fruits at the end really put it over the top and gives it a sweet finish. Great dish for Shabbat dinner and Holidays!
