Registered users of HMG (“HMG Members”) may have access to materials that are not available to the public.
HMG Resources (“HMG Publications”)
HMG Publications may be available for purchase through the Website. HMG Publications may not be copied, stored, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded or transmitted in any form or by any means.
HMG Website Materials
HMG Website Materials include text on individual web pages from this website, including materials available for download, and may be in Word, pdf, PowerPoint format (“HMG Website Materials”). HMG Members may do the following, provided that the use is of a non-commercial nature.
- HMG Website Materials may be viewed, printed and used by Website users and you agree that the copyright notice and/or HMG footer will remain intact on any HMG materials that are viewed, printed and used.
- HMG Website Materials may be modified by individuals, provided that the following statement is included with the material that has been modified, along with the complete url of the original webpage or document.

The website and any documents are provided by HMG on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HMG makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to any aspect of the information, content, materials, documents or products and services included on this website. All member organizations of HMG are listed along with the names of the jurisdictional representative, and are publicly viewable on the Website.
